It’s All in the Family

Let’s talk about families and philanthropy.  As adults, we strive to instill good values in our children, and for many of us, giving back and philanthropy is one of those values.  Establishing a family endowment can be a powerful philanthropic tool to reflect your values and to teach your children about the importance of giving to others.

Use this article to stimulate discussions within your donors’ families to encourage them to make philanthropy a family affair.  We believe some donors will want to establish a family endowment for YOUR ORGANIZATION and involve family members in the process. This is an appealing message to get out to your donors who have an endowment interest.
